Terms & Conditions of Sale (including additional Terms of Use & Buying Online where applicable)

All orders you place and purchases of goods and services from us (whether in-person, by telephone, via social media, email, or through our website) are subject to these Terms and Conditions and require our acceptance. A legal contract between you and libertyhillssystems.com and/or LIBERTY ELECTRIC for the sale of products will only exist once we send you our official order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement will be considered our acceptance of your order and will be deemed effectively communicated to you.

(i) "Company" refers to Liberty Hills Systems Limited (including "libertyhillssystems.com" and "Liberty Electric").

(ii) "Buyer" refers to the person or entity purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the Company.

(iii) "Goods" or "Purchase: refer to the items, articles, or services the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions of sale.

(iv) Consumer: refers to an individual acting for purposes that are entirely or primarily outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

(v) "Business" or "Trader" refers to an individual or organization, whether publicly or privately owned, acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession concerning contracts for goods and services.

The prices displayed online apply to purchases made via the libertyhillssystems.com website and social media platforms. Special offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may not be valid unless specifically stated as available online. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, regardless of how they occurred. If an error is identified, you will not be obligated to continue with your purchase and can confirm via email if you still wish to proceed. We make every effort to ensure that all information on our site is accurate. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide you with the nearest possible alternative or issue a full refund if payment has already been processed. Please note that processing your payment does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Online: Our online store accepts orders originating from and for delivery to Nigerian addresses only. For deliveries outside Nigeria, please contact us by phone at +234 9079885933. To order goods from our online store, select the required options on the product information page and click the "Add to Cart" button. After making your selections, click the "View Cart" link to review and amend your order before proceeding to the checkout. You will be prompted to provide your billing address and contact details so we can reach you if we need to discuss your order. During checkout, you will have the option to choose a different delivery address. Clicking "Submit Order and Pay" will direct you to a third-party payment authorization interface. Please note that orders for the "Federal Capital Territory" should be confirmed via WhatsApp (by clicking the link after placing your order) to determine delivery fees before making payment. Once confirmed, your order will be generated, and a confirmation page will be displayed for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us via telephone or WhatsApp at 09079885933. The Company will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to the address you provided during your online purchase. However, this email does not create a legally binding agreement between us. All orders placed on libertyhillssystems.com are subject to stock availability and the validation checks outlined in section 4 below. Please also refer to section 1 regarding incorrect prices. Our website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis, not as an 'offer for sale'; as such, the Company reserves the right to decline orders for bulk, high-value, or otherwise suspicious purchases. The contract can only be concluded in English. Details of your order will be retained by libertyhillssystems.com and/or LIBERTY ELECTRIC in our database and can be made available upon request. No contract will exist between you and the Company until we send you our official order acknowledgement. This will be considered our acceptance of your order and will be deemed effectively communicated to you.

(ii) Offline Orders: Orders placed with us face-to-face, by telephone, WhatsApp, post, email, or any other means we may permit will be processed according to these terms and conditions of sale. The price of the goods will be the price stated in the Company's quotation or another price expressly agreed upon by both parties. If no fixed price is established, the price will be that listed in the Company's published price list current at the time the contract is made. All quotations, whether verbal or written, are subject to the Company's confirmation upon receipt of the Buyer's order. No contract will exist between you and Liberty Hills Systems Limited, or libertyhillssystems.com and/or LIBERTY ELECTRIC for the sale of products until we send our official order acknowledgment to you. This acknowledgment will be deemed our acceptance of your order and will be considered effectively communicated to you. Any quotation given by the Company is valid for only 7 days unless stated otherwise. All prices quoted are subject to adjustment to cover any increases in taxation, duty, market price, or exchange rate fluctuations occurring between the acceptance of your order and the contract completion date.

(i) The description given for the goods in any quotation or contract is intended for identification purposes only. The descriptions and illustrations in the Company's catalogues, quotation, materials estimate, price lists, and advertising materials are meant to present a general idea of the goods unless explicitly stated otherwise.

(ii) Due to manufacturing conditions, we reserve the right to dispatch and invoice 10% more or less than the quantity specified.

(iii) Specification quoted are of minimum engineering standards only and are subject to industry-standard tolerances.

(i) All information provided by or on behalf of LIBERTY ELECTRIC regarding the products displayed on this site, whether in data, recommendations, or otherwise, is based on manufacturer research and is believed to be reliable. LIBERTY ELECTRIC assumes no liability for the application, processing, or use of the aforementioned information or products, or any consequences thereof. The Buyer assumes all liability concerning the application, processing, or use of the aforementioned information or products, whose quality and other properties must be verified by the Buyer. LIBERTY ELECTRIC will not be liable for any infringement of rights owned or controlled by a third party in intellectual, industrial, or other properties due to the Buyer’s application, processing, or use of the aforementioned information or products.

(ii) Except as otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, the Company will have no liability of any kind to the Buyer for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) suffered by the Buyer, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, including loss or damage to property, death, or bodily injury relating to the goods supplied or work done by the Company. The Buyer shall indemnify the Company against any claims made by a third party arising from any goods supplied to or work done for the Buyer.

(iii) No forbearance or indulgence shown or granted by the Company to a Buyer, whether regarding these Conditions or otherwise, shall affect or prejudice the Company's rights against the Buyer or be taken as a waiver of any of these Condition.
